Travel blog

 

The board and/or members of Patimalawi travel to Malawi for two to three weeks annually. During this time, they discuss our projects with the YCD team, visit affected individuals, families, and the prison, actively participate in the projects, and gain firsthand experience of the current poverty situation. This allows them to personally understand and appreciate the lives of the people in their environment. These trips are an essential component of good communication and cooperation between the two organizations.

In this section, we publish the travel blogs that are created on these trips.

The next trip to Malawi will take place in the summer of 2026. Milena (board member) and Robert (member) will spend two weeks visiting our projects in Nchalo.
