Our successes in 2019
School Project
In 2019, we successfully sent 152 vulnerable children in Chikwawa District, Malawi, to school. We provided them with school fees, uniforms, exercise books, and pens.
Prison Project
Fifty inmates graduated from the life skills program at Chikwawa Prison, and we provided counseling to 52 inmates at Chichiri Prison in 2019. The life skills program is designed to equip inmates with the tools to pursue alternative livelihoods and avoid criminal behavior. The 50 program graduates each received a starter kit worth CHF 50 to support their reintegration into their communities and help them start a business.
